Working as an assistant producer, interpreter, and prop designer in this project, Mika reinforced her belief in the importance of inclusive spaces for idea exchange. Collaborated with artists from Japan, China, the UK, the US, Chile, Mexico, and South Africa, her main duty was to make communication go smoothly between the teams and artists although they all have different backgrounds and cultures. To overcome the challenge of unifying the team and acquiring knowledge from different trends, she treated the artists as an individual and engaged in the conversation on a personal level. This allowed to create a comfortable environment where everyone easily foster a shared vision that transcended geographical boundaries. The collaboration was not about the language but all about supporting each other toward a common goal. Due to the efforts, one night only performance successfully reached around 16500 audiences across 33 countries.
